The first time I heard this album I was on a bike ride on a wooded path while on vacation. I was alone with just the trees and the music. It's a cherished memory and one that I will always associate with the beautiful piano notes reverberating through the first track of this album. This is one of the best offerings from Saor to date.

absolutely loving this new, more natural sound. their first albums always had an intentionally cold feel to them, which i enjoyed, but this new sunlight-filled album really comes into it's own. they keep the mix tight and blurred but now the natural feel of a live drummer is more pronounced. this is how the mighty EARTH AND PILLARS needed to sound. crazy good album, and old fans will find this a refreshing new sound.
